Vertical Microwave Tube Furnace HY-LZG1512 With Quartz Tube And Sealing Flanges
HY-LZG1512 Φ40×130mm tube furnace features microwave-absorbing SiC blocks embedded in high quality alumina fiber insulation, while the double-walled steel furnace chamber helps to minimize heat loss.
HY-LZG1512 is designed with a vertical orientation and is controlled by a 40 segments digital controller.
Standard package of HY-LZG1512 includes stainless steel sealing flanges with valves and pressure meter etc., while various atmosphere such as vacuum, air, inert gas as well as weak reducing gas (mixed atmosphere) is optional.
HY-LZG1512 adopts long life type S thermocouple for temperature measurement.
The HY-LZG1512 can be applied to the field of element analysis, new material roasting as well as research of nano-materials, semiconductors, carbon fibers and graphene etc.
