Continuous Graphite Fast Reduction Equipment HY-PH3010E uses both industrial grade microwave and electric as heating source, which ensures highly durable heating process.
HY-PH3010E has 2 magnetrons with 1,5kW output power to generate microwave and the total microwave output power is 0,1 to 2,8kW continuously asjustable.
HY-PH3010E uses unique quartz tube which is our original creative, while the volume of the tube is 1 liter. (100 millimeter in diameter and 150 millimeter in length)
HY-PH3010E uses K type thermocouple to measure and control temperature, the measure range is within 0 to 1300 degrees.
  • Applications

HY-PH3010E can be applied for instant reduction of Graphite Oxide to produce high quality Graphene with a production capacity of 500~1000g/day.
